We don’t just leave the heating elements exposed. We tuck them inside a hermetically sealed, explosion-proof enclosure. Think of it as a physical wall between the heat and the hazard. We use high-grade quartz and specialized glass because this stuff has to survive “thermal shock.” That means it can go from cold to scorching hot and back again without shattering. Balancing Heat and Pressure
Here’s the thing: the seal isn’t just for safety. It’s about keeping things stable. Heat behaves differently in a vacuum. If you just cram too many watts into a small space, you’ll stress the seals and probably cause a leak. One last tip: wire everything with rated explosion-proof conduits. From the power supply all the way to the lamp, every inch needs to be locked down if you’re working in a high-risk zone.
