These heaters are all about packing a serious punch into a small space. They run on a standard 400V industrial setup, which makes it easy to run several at once without tripping circuits. And with 2500W of power focused into a 300mm tube, you get serious heat density. This isn’t a weakling. It heats up fast and holds its temperature steady.
Material and Design Integrity
The heart of the safety is in the build. We seal a halogen filament inside a high-purity quartz tube, under vacuum. That keeps the filament from oxidizing and gives it a long life. The halogen cycle also keeps the tube clean, so the output stays consistent. The R7s connector is more than just a convenience. It’s a tough, two-pin ceramic piece that handles high current without loosening or sparking. This design keeps all the live connections safely away from the process area.
