We hit the insulation layer with a high-voltage stress test. We&amp;rsquo;re looking for the things you can&amp;rsquo;t see—microscopic cracks or tiny voids in the material.&#xA;If the insulation is too thin or has a flaw, the current will arc right through. It’s a &amp;ldquo;breakdown,&amp;rdquo; and it means the unit is trash.&#xA;Some shops just sample-test a few pieces from a batch.**We don&amp;rsquo;t do that.**We test every single one. Why? Because one pinhole in the coating is all it takes to cause a short circuit the second you wire it into your production line.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
